Built over December 2017 / January 2018 during snow, rain and wind.
This charming clad cottage took 6-weeks to build.
The make-up of the building is 142mm Kingspan TEK SIP forming both the walls and the roof.
The complex design called for much steel to be incorporated within the ground floor structure, as well as oak posts to form a cantilevered entrance canopy.
Working with contractors, Wrenspire Projects and TPA Architects this successful project led to SIP Projects being awarded a 3-storey school extension in Gerrard’s Cross, working alongside the same team.
